Basically, Here's What This Is

Back in like, 2016 (ish???), the Soot family was my return to the random legacy challenge (and Sims 3 in general) after quite a long break.  I developed a fairly intricate storyline and took many, many screenshots, with the intention of eventually starting a blog; however, though I enjoyed playing the Soots, I never quite mustered up the muse to write their story.  It had become too intricate before I had even started, and I eventually lost interest in their save file in general for a number of reasons.

But now!  Things are different.  The Soots' screenshots have been collecting dust in my computer files long enough, and I've decided to set them free with an abridged version of the original story.  This is mostly for my sake, so that I can have a record of their save, as I may never go back to it and will most definitely never finish the story, much less blog them seriously, even if I do decide to play them again.

So I hope, if anyone reads this, that they enjoy whatever scraps of this legacy family's tale I end up leaving here.
